Liquidity Matters

WLI built and operates ClearBox™, built for regulated participants operating at scale.

Our Goal is Simple:

Deliver institutional liquidity and settlement infrastructure through a controlled, policy-driven ecosystem.

ClearBox™ is a settlement hub for institutional digital asset transactions.

Participants enter a permissioned environment where counterparties are verified in advance and transactions follow predefined rules from initiation through completion.

Built for institutions that require:

  • Verified counterparties
  • Defined execution
  • Policy-driven structure
  • Audit-ready reporting

Global Footprint.

WLI is headquartered in Colorado (USA), with subsidiaries and staff in Gibraltar, Zurich, Singapore with various global strategic partners.

WLI operates ClearBox™, the layered infrastructure designed to support institutional participation in digital asset markets.

ClearPassport™

Rapid Verification of KYC/KYT/AML

The onboarding and compliance layer. Institutions complete verification once and are then able to participate within the environment without repeating that process across counterparties.

LEO

Transaction Routing

A liquidity engine that connects transactions to appropriate counterparties based on predefined criteria.

LUMA

Private DEX / Cross-chain Bridge Swaps

Our private settlement hub and DEX that enables compliant, policy-driven on- and off-chain execution for ClearBox and Liquidity structures.

Regulators require clarity. Institutions require speed. We’ve built for both.

WLI is headquartered in Colorado, with presence in Gibraltar, Zurich, and Singapore, and operates with global strategic partners across key financial jurisdictions.

WLI brings together infrastructure, liquidity, and settlement execution into a single controlled ecosystem. Each component is designed to reduce counterparty risk, remove fragmented processes, and create a repeatable framework for institutional participation in digital asset transactions.

As transaction volume scales, the system compounds in efficiency, consistency, and insight, creating a structured environment institutions can rely on.

Strategic Partners

Work with people who others Clearly trust.

We do everyday.

WLI Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries (“WLI”) operates a cross-chain swap and settlement framework that relies on third-party OTC liquidity providers. These relationships are selected and monitored based on liquidity capacity, regulatory footprint, risk management practices, and credit profile. Relationships may change over time and the firms named below are provided for transparency only; nothing herein constitutes an endorsement, rating, or investment recommendation.

WLI executes transactions exclusively with a limited set of institutional OTC desks that can support large ticket sizes and API-based execution. Galaxy Digital, B2C2, FalconX, and Wintermute are examples of firms that may be used for execution and liquidity access, subject to ongoing review. Public information regarding equity capitalization, regulatory registrations, and ownership structure is considered as part of WLI’s internal credit assessment process. For internal risk purposes only, WLI may treat certain counterparties as having an “investment-grade proxy” profile; this is not a formal rating and should not be relied upon by third parties.

Counterparty concentration and execution risk are managed through diversification across multiple OTC desks, the use of pre-agreed OTC pricing rather than market orders, staged scaling of transaction sizes, and per-desk exposure limits. Operational and technology risks are addressed through documented procedures, redundant systems, and continuous monitoring. Smart contract and protocol risks are mitigated through security reviews, gradual volume ramp-up, and reliance on architectures that have processed a significant number of successful transactions in prior deployments.

All descriptions of counterparties, their ownership, regulatory status, or financial condition are based on publicly available information at the time of WLI’s internal analysis and may not be complete or current. WLI does not speak for, represent, or guarantee the obligations of any third-party counterparty. Use of WLI’s products or structures does not eliminate market, credit, operational, or technology risk, and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice.
